Fadhila Noorly, who is familiarly called Fadhil, is an alumni of the 2013 Catering Industry Management. After graduating in 2017, he worked at the Norwegian Cruise Line, Galley Department as Assistant Cook. starting his first contract in Denmark, he toured several European and American countries.

He is responsible for delivering products of the highest quality in terms of freshness, taste, and consistency, with strict adherence to USPH/FDA guidelines. He is also responsible for batch, a la minute, and line cooking techniques. He reports directly to the Chef Tournant. Another responsibility that he is carried for following all standardized recipes and notifying the Chef Tournant or Cook of any shortages or discrepancies in products or ingredients.

Then he is responsible for keeping their immediate work area clean at all times.In order to consistently exceed guest expectations and provide the highest levels of product and services, additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as needed. Currently he is sailing in Europe onboard Norwegian Star.
