Agus Sudono, S.E., MM. lahir di Bandung pada tanggal 8 mei tahun 1982. Menempuh Pendidikan pada strata S1 di Universitas Koperasi Indonesia pada Jurusan manajemen Produksi dan lulus pada tahun 2004. Selanjutnya menyelesaikan jenjang magister di Universitas Mercu Buana pada Jurusan Manajemen Keuangan dan lulus pada tahun 2008. Saat ini sedang menempuh pendidikan doktoral di Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia pada jurusan Manajemen.
